- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It’s fair and normally all quotes and very competitive especially if American Panels are being suggested! Will match most official offers with Cash Back!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Patience and take your time! Listen and see there needs. Not your needs! Give a free quote! Get the kilowatt usage for last 12 months and that will provide all other info for the quote. Get average payment because it should be reasonably close! Just because they get a free estimate does not mean they are buying Solar! Let them do what the are comfortable with!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training started over 5 yrs at 8-10 hr days with the Owner while studying and reading and making sure to keep character and moral in all cases! Service is more important than anything!
