Al Boggs completed a deck restoration and addition at my house recently. He demonstrated excellent carpentry skills and a work ethic beyond my expectation. When I have another project, he will get my business. His work crew also demonstrated high work ethic and courtesy.

If you have no time limit on when you need your inspection or work quotes sent over to you..I'd refer this guy. He was such a nice guy when we met him at our home however it has taken almost 2 weeks to get the final paperwork suggesting what we need to have done on our home or issues that he seen in our home. The seller needs our inspection report to justify why we reduced our offer and our bank needs our report to justify financing. Because we have not been provided the report we are stuck in-between a rock and hard place. We now have to pay another inspector to come to the home and reevaluate the home. My husband and I have texted him multiple times and we are left without any answers. He received his full payment at the time of service. If you do decided to hire him be cautions in your payment method and don't have a time limit on when you need estimates or reports. This was a complete waist of money and time.
