We contacted Formula Ajr around lunch and by the end of the day they were at our house fixing the issue. They were kind, professional, and timely. They talked through the issue and answered questions. They even looked over the rest of our unit. Excellent service.

Im very pleased with the job. I had purchased an accessory that didn't fit and the guys suggested and substituted an alternative that worked out just fine. Job done in one day. They cleaned up when done. It looks like they were never here. Air and heat where I didn't have either before. Job well done!

I received estimates from 4 other HVAC companies in the area to help reduce the airflow on onside of the house and increase to on the other. Most of the companies wanted to re-do ALL my ductwork, (to the tune of anywhere from $3500 to $7200) in addition to some other things. Some of the proposed options would NOT even have addressed/fixed the issues and some were borderline malicious to premature wear my system. One of the options was WAY off (suggested sealing and insulating when the house holds the temperature). Formula made numerous recommendations that NONE of the others suggested. Things like adding dampers, straightening duct runs, increasing supply and/or return boxes, increasing duct size, etc. They were small, conservative, sequentially staged approaches. We did one small fix with marked improvement. They were honest, did not try to OVERSELL. I asked for a ballpark quote on what a new system and reworked ductwork would cost, and their price was 50-65% less than the other 4 companies I talked to. In a few years when we need all new ductwork and a new unit, they've EARNED my business. Thank you Formula for your honesty and integrity. Refreshing to find !
