Wayne and Willie are the BEST! I've always had great service with Cox, but these two guys were wonderful. They told me right away that my broken motor was under warranty, and to call Liftmaster to avoid having to replace the entire thing that was not very old, saving me hundreds of dollars.When Liftmaster sent the motor but not the sprocket, they tried to help me out by bringing a sprocket they had in stock, but that didn't fit, so they blessedly returned a third time to install the sprocket that Liftmaster finally got to us.Wayne and Willie were so helpful and so knowledgeable that I will request them anytime I need service from Cox Door. They are truly assets to the company.

My garage door ran off track and had some other issues. I called Cox and they sent Wayne out the following day. I cant say enough about how positive the experience was, and how good of a tech Wayne was. He moved with a purpose , and fixed several issues with my door that another company had done a poor install job. Cox and Wayne did an amazing job and i highly recommend them.
