Jan G.

Geoff Hawk with Hawk Construction turned my 30 year old kitchen into a beautiful new space that will provide me with years of enjoyment. All my friends comment on how amazing it looks. My husband was concerned about the project affecting our comfort while the project was under contruction. Geoff kept the place very tidy and was finished quickly. There was not a day that was not spent making great progress. I would recommend Hawk Construction to everyone.

Geoff showed up on time, very professional and immediately listened. He also provided appropriate feedback to ensure my project was covered in all areas by the appropriate professionals and legally. He also provided welcomed feedback for ROI. Geoff spent time with us with other areas of our house for future ideas, he was a no pressure professional and expedited our quote beyond our satisfaction. Whether he received this job or not based on the bid, he was interested in future projects, that stood out! Time for the work to begin!

License Type: General Contractor (OK)

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is always upfront and clear. I never ask for money for work that has not been done . My payment schedule puts the homeowner in control of the project because they control the payments. Many homeowners that get financing have their lender release the payments to me only after the banks inspector has signed off that the work has been completed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a licensed general contractor and real estate agent I am required to take continuing education and stay current with all building code, license law and professional practices.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father restores historic homes and I was a partner in a construction distribution company so it was a natural transition for me to build with my background. I fell in love with home building at an early age and later pursued education in this field before getting my General Contractors license.
