- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always upfront and clear. I never ask for money for work that has not been done . My payment schedule puts the homeowner in control of the project because they control the payments. Many homeowners that get financing have their lender release the payments to me only after the banks inspector has signed off that the work has been completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed general contractor and real estate agent I am required to take continuing education and stay current with all building code, license law and professional practices.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father restores historic homes and I was a partner in a construction distribution company so it was a natural transition for me to build with my background. I fell in love with home building at an early age and later pursued education in this field before getting my General Contractors license.
