- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated. $20 an hour plus parts with a $50 minimum. I charge $15 to do an estimate on site just to cover my expences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read around 10 industry magizines a month in various areas of constuction. I try to gain insite into new products and procedures I may be able to impliment to give my customers better service and results. I receive numerous industry newsletters and am an active member of many contractor groups on Llinkedin.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Been doing this since I was 12 working with my dad in the summer when out of school. He had a home Iimprovement company. I guess It's In my blood.
