Fred and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with from a professional and reasonably priced perspective. We met with 5 other vendors and picked Fred. My wife and I trusted Fred and team with a large floor renovation and we were very happy with the results, considering we were going from a traditional cherry wood to a more modern gray design. I would recommend him and his team with no concerns. Bobby

Working with Fred was a wonderful experience. He and his guys did an amazing job on floors that had been seriously neglected. We are a renovation company and our usual floor guys were unable to get to us when we needed, Fred came in and met the schedule and budget. They will definitely be our go to finishers from now on.

Fred was punctual for two separate visits to our house before the job was booked. He estimated the work and performed the work himself with the assistance of one other worker. It’s always nice when the guy selling the work is the guy doing the work. He gave us a great price on engineered hardwood removal and installation of a floating luxury vinyl plank floor. We got a number of estimates and Fred had the best price. He was also trustworthy and honest which made the decision easy.
His communication through the Thumbtack app was fantastic. He responded to questions very quickly. He sent quotes and the final invoice through the app as well.
Additionally, he came to our house the next business day after the job was finished to fix some minor issues. Overall, a great experience and a fantastic looking new floor!

Flawless execution. Lowes originally failed to do the job and he did my floors within a day's notice at a cheaper rate and faster pace.

I know this is suppose to be a review for the the quality of work but I'd first like to compliment the character of Fred. Very rarely in today's world do you find someone so patient and willing to help especially business owners in this industry. I spoke to Fred back and forth for probably a month prior to hiring him and he went above and beyond to be helpful, informative and was so very patient with me and my millions of questions. I appreciate this more than anything! His customer service is superb to say the least. His integrity is without question as well. I had to leave my home for a few hours while they were laying my flooring and they respected my home and my animals while I was away. They were also very fast and thorough. I was surprised how quickly they were able to get the flooring down and start the finishing touches. When we ran into an issue with the amount of material Fred was quick to give me a solution and once again went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results. Fred has a perfect combination of quality work for a reasonable price! I could not be happier with his amazing customer service and great work!
