I wasn't even sure about getting a home inspection and honestly this company provided me a very price effective home inspection report that I will always appreciate! Excellent work with even NC code references and moreover infrared house insulation pictures were even on my report! He caught a gas leakage of a new house that the builder didn't even know about!!! Thank you very much and a humble suggestion to everybody 'don't consider one second and hire!!!'...

Hassan was amazing! He was punctual when responding to our messages and he was on time to the appointment. He delivered our inspection report even sooner than expected. He was responsive after delivering our report and continued to support us by answering our follow-up questions via phone. The report was detailed, professional and easy to understand. Our price is based on the area of the home and the the age of the home. However, we provide $50 off for first time home buyers, senior citizens and new Acumen clients.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce ourselves, thank the customer for choosing our company, explain to customer our work process, ask the customer about his concerns to be addressed during the inspection and after the inspection, provide the customer with clear picture about the home conditions to help them make the right decision.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering since 1991 PMI Certified PMP NC Licensed Home inspector SC Licensed Home Inspector NACHI Certified Professional Inspector Certified Mold, Radon and infrared inspector
