Listening is key! With a variety of sizes and types of pools, not to mention the various options, it's important to be on the same page as the customer in determining what is important to them and how you can provide the most impact for them within their given budget.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Your pool is a substantial investment and should be handled by an organization that has the experience to get the job done right and who has been around for a while so there is an accountability factor. Do your homework! Talk to the professional you are considering doing business with! I'm always amazed when I hear of people that have hired somebody to provide a service for them and have never talked to them in person or on the phone.
