Raegan helped me to clean one of my rental properties that was in a state of disrepair to get it ready for new tenants. I was very impressed with the work that was done! She even got the pet stains and odors out, and it looks like a brand new home. She was on time and extremely professional! Very detailed cleaning!

These guys are AWESOME! Definitely the real deal! The owner was completely accommodating from the initial estimate, where I could clearly see that she understood our needs exactly, to the appointment, where she was even willing to come an hour earlier than agreed upon so that I could give them access to the home and still be on time for a business meeting that arose last minute. I like that the owner makes it a priority to accompany her employees and assist with all first time clients. It shows her eagerness to learn what the customer wants and her desire to ensure that they are 100% Satisfied. It wasn't at all beneath her to be working alongside her employee and she put in an equally great amount of effort to make sure I was pleased with their work before the job was completed. Incredible Performance! The house is so clean you could eat off the floors! I was VERY Happy with how great everything looked even the baseboards were SPOTLESS! I'm now having them clean weekly.

I hired this company to clean what the first company that came out didn't. Clean It Your Way did a Spectacular Job, the other guys on the other hand, left a lot to be desired! They weren't detailed at all and missed things they stated they would clean. This company got all that was left behind and completely cleaned every inch of the house Perfectly! I didn't have to hover over them or have them go back and correct anything. They did an Outstanding Job and I'm going to hire them in the future to clean other homes that I purchase. I'm leaving 4 stars due to my first, Horrible experience, but that's not to take away from the Great Job they did, but more of a reflection of Thumbtack's procedure of allowing companies to advertise here without following up on their level of customer service. I'm really more upset at my decision to to go with the dirt cheap estimate over someone more competent and eager to satisfy their customers.

I was very pleased to say the least. I scheduled appointments with two other companies that sent me a quote and neither showed up! No phone call, no email and no answer or response when attempting to contact them as to why. I thought all hope was lost, I had carpet being installed and was not physically able to clean myself. Clean It Your Way was there for me when I could get no one else to be. I was in a bind and felt as though my time had been wasted, but someone did care, even though they were booked up Reagan pulled some strings and squeezed me in. She even stayed after they were done to let the guys putting the carpet down in and to make sure they did what I wanted when I couldn't make it back to the house in time. The house looks TERRIFIC! and I have them cleaning for me every Thursday now. I really loved the respect and kindness they showed also, really great customer service! She answered all questions (Every Question!) I had from the start and responded to all emails immediately, I should have hired them in the beginning! Read the Reviews on these companies before you hire, I wish I had! The reviews warned me but I didn't listen, if a few people are saying they had poor customer service you will probably be no different.. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
So that we are able to stick to a specific schedule & budget, I like the Homeowner to select a specific number of hours for us to clean for the initial cleaning. They would provide a list of priorities to be accomplished during this time & if any of those items weren't able to be completed, they could be, during the Follow-up cleaning or during additional hours at a discounted hourly rate, depending on which the client decides they want.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the Owner, I always go to 1st Time Clients' homes & assist with the cleaning myself. ~This gives me a first hand look at the layout of the home and allows me to create a Custom Cleaning Schedule that will ensure that we get the job finished as quickly and as thoroughly as possible.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began Cleaning our neighbors house to make extra money to buy Christmas gifts for family members when I was 12 years old.
