- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in transparent and fair pricing. Every project is different, so we provide customized estimates based on the scope, materials, and labor required. We don't believe in hidden fees—what we quote is what you can expect. We offer competitive rates and can sometimes provide discounts on bundled services or repeat work for real estate agents. All pricing is reviewed with the customer before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a detailed consultation—either in person or virtually—to understand your project goals, timeline, and budget. From there, we develop a scope of work and provide a clear estimate. Once approved, we schedule the work, communicate timelines, and keep you updated every step of the way. Our goal is to make the process simple, clear, and successful from day one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings decades of combined experience in residential construction, home repair, and remodeling. We regularly stay up to date with local building codes, permit requirements, and industry best practices. Our network includes licensed electricians, plumbers, masons, and other certified specialists to ensure work is done right and up to code.
