- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do a complementary consultation and estimate for all jobs. After that consultation you will have a clear picture of pricing and an approximate timeline to make your decision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start a consultation to determine your needs and make sure our pricing and services are a fit for you. It is important that we can see the space and best understand what you are wanting to achieve. Whenever possible, we will try to give you a quote on site the day of the estimate for most painting services and basic design and color consultation services. More extensive renovation or design projects we may need to get back to you on. If you move forward we typically take 50% down and 50% upon completion. We generally handle all material pickup or have delivered to your home unless you specify or prefer otherwise.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a proudly 100% woman owned business! Shannon, our owner and principal consultant, has over 20 years experience in design and renovations. She has helped many people transform their spaces over the years from small 'cosmetic' renovations to full scale remodels, she has seen it all. She has worked as a project manager on large renovations, as a Operations Director at a large bathroom remodeling company and has worked on hundreds of houses along the way. Let her years of experience translate into an amazing space for you! Her insight into your project will be invaluable and she always has great ideas on how to make your spaces more inviting & functional.
