- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Paint job costs are determined by cost of paint as well as square feet of project space and standard market rates. Pricing of power wash and soft wash jobs may vary by surface and difficulty of the job. Discounts and special offers may become available throughout the year during promotions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can schedule an appointment with a sales representative by calling our phone number or filling out a form online. The sales rep will come to your home to assess the parameters of your job and take any necessary measurements to establish an estimate that they can provide you at that time. Once you confirm pricing on your estimate, we will schedule the work to be completed and continue to provide you status updates to ensure we remain on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians go through a series of paint and power wash training curiculum. This includes training courses with Painting Contractors Association (PCA) and Sherwin Williams covering topics such as paint and stain preparation, wall patching, paint and stain application, equipment maintenance, and more.
