When I am working with my clients, I believe it’s so important to take the time and listen to what ideas/preferences they have. Every client is different; some prefer a bold eye, a bold lip, heavy contour, a romantic glow, or a more natural look. So I listen to the client’s thoughts and I use them for inspiration. I am from Ohio, who found her through Thumbtack and read her reviews and reviewed her portfolio. She was not at all deterred that I was coming from out of state and coming to my friends house in Concord,NC. Very Punctual, great communication before, during and after. She did my bridal hair up do, which felt very secure and was stunning. Just what I was looking for. She came with everything she needed, plus a stool with back, so I could be at the right height for her expertise. She also did my eye makeup and attached my false eyelashes. My husband-to-be was awe-struck with these little details from her that took his breathe away. I went with a non-traditional Purple Smokey eye, and I came away from her fantastic attention to detail feeling stunning and extra beautiful and a confident bride. Thank you so much!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer individual pricing but also bridal packages that include discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients, what inspires them, and talk through what look they ultimately want. For brides, I always recommend a bridal trial. This is where we can sit down, talk about the wedding, and draw inspiration from it. We then pick colors for eyes, face, and lips so the wedding day goes as smooth as possible. When my brides leave the trial, we’ve decided on “the look,” they’ve seen it, and I make sure they love it! For makeup sessions, I draw inspiration from what outfits and what settings my clients will be in to create the perfect look.
