Preliminary review of this company is that we met a very polite, educated, professional installer. Jeff answered his e-mails and phone calls promptly, came to the house and measured property when he said he was coming. We have no reason to believe that the work will be sub-standard. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The number one priority is when does the customer want it the project done. If we can have it done in the time frame they are wanting, then we proceed with the quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started while I was in high school helping a friend cut grass and install landscape projects. I have been working in the green industry field ever since then.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your homework first. Check the companies reviews online and from friends and family in the area.
