Hired The Bell Group of Carolinas to repair a leak after the backflow device to my irrigation system (which I didn’t know I had) ruptured due to extremely cold temperatures. They were able to come the very next morning and repair the leak in a very timing manner. They were very professional and informative. I recommend this team and will call them again if I have any other issues with my irrigation system.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The number one priority is when does the customer want it the project done. If we can have it done in the time frame they are wanting, then we proceed with the quote.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started while I was in high school helping a friend cut grass and install landscape projects. I have been working in the green industry field ever since then.

Do your homework first. Check the companies reviews online and from friends and family in the area.
