The pricing is based on the materials that the customer wants.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with directly with customers which are typically builders, homeowners, architects or interior designers. We have a showroom where customers can come and get ideas about the design of the staircase or trim work. We set a timeline for installation of the stair, handrail, and any trim work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Andronx has been in business since 2005. Prior to that, the company owners both had college level training in building, CAD, and other. At Andronx we do continuous safety training with our teams. We also strive to keep up with new styles and trends of home design such as cable balusters, glass panels, stainless steel components etc.
