I am incredibly picky about the professionals I let into my home, and this is hands down the best service experience I have had. He came to install two TVs and from the moment he walked in, I could tell he took his work seriously. He wore gloves and protective shoe coverings the entire time, kept my space spotless, and was so organized. He even had a cover to put his tools on to protect my floor, which I really appreciated because sometimes people put their tools on countertops and furniture, and it gets dirty. What really stood out was how fast he worked without ever cutting corners. I have hired a lot of people over the years and I have never seen someone move that efficiently while still being that careful and thorough.On top of all of that, his response time was amazing. I never had to wait or wonder if my messages were seen. He got back to me quickly every single time, which honestly made the whole experience even easier. His pricing is very competitive for the quality of work he delivers, and I genuinely felt like I could call him back for a dozen other things after wirking with him. Steph was responded to my messages in a timely manner. He remained understanding when I needed to change dates and or times. He showed up with booties on his feet. Confirmed exactly what I needed upon arrival, ensured my television worked prior to mounting it and did such a great job I plan on working with him to hang the remaining televisions in the home and other artifacts as well.
