We have engaged Sunshine Restoration Group on two bathroom renovations (2009 and 2011). The first engagement was in 2009 and consisted of the rebuild of our downstairs bathroom. The bathroom had already been gutted due to a leak and subsequent mold buildup. The company that performed the demolition told me that the rebuild was beyond their current expertise at that time. They recommended Tim Crane from Sunshine Restoration Group and my wife and I have been very grateful ever since. The job they did in rebuilding our downstairs bathroom was amazing. We started with a serviceable bathroom and ended up with a bathroom you really wanted to show off. The professionalism and expertise is what really set Sunshine Restoration Group apart from other companies we have dealt with in the past. They really worked with us each step of the way and showed consideration of our time and of our home. Any questions or issues that arose were handled promptly and professionally. When we decided to renovate our master bathroom this past year there was no question that we wanted Sunshine Restoration Group to do the work. There was a definite advantage this time in having them in from the start. We met and discussed what we were looking for and during that discussion they offered ideas in design that is retrospect really had a huge and very positive impact on how the project came out. The quality of the people and the quality of the work is what really stands out. No one "likes" having people working in their house, especially on a big project. But our experience with Sunshine Restoration Group has been very positive and rewarding. You can trust them and trust them to do the job right. My house is older and this bathroom was, as my wife said, needed to be "nuked". Most mornings I still walk into this bathroom and do a bit of a double look to make sure I'm in the right place. The change and improvement is that significant. I will definitely look to engage Sunshine Restoration Group on our next major project.

We bought a home in an older historic neighborhood in October of 2012 and two weeks into owning our home we had our first insurance claim. Tim from Sunshine Restoration LLC was one of the first responders to the water damage we had, and I can genuinely say that the fiasco we underwent during that time was a blessing in disguise, as it led us to the team who is now our go-to for handyman work! Sunshine Restoration (Tim's) work is absolutely fantastic. Not only is he great at what he does, but he is honest in his work, and extremely reliable! Tim is also very timely, and whenever we have had him over to fix something he's been a pleasure to talk to. He's also been patient with me if I'm asking questions about what he's doing/fixing so I can learn myself. Tim has a network of folks who he readily refers to if he himself is unable to do the task. I am very pleased with the work of Sunshine Restoration and Tim, and will continue to use their services for the years to come.
