Josh is a polite an well rounded individual. He is a fast learner and a quick thinker on his feet. When an issue arises he will think outside the box but will also get in the group an will address the issue as a group. He is an asset to job site he is on and would work with him again anytime.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm somewhat flexible there is always cheaper alternative but I'm aws certified for my skill I'm not just shop worker and I can fabricate also
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
introduce our selves put eyes on scope of work so I know what they need or a direction to accomplish there goals and my task
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have high school training, and tuv certified I've been welding 23 years and I'm very confident in my field of work
