- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing is flat rated, this allows the customer to rest assure that at the end of the job there will be no hidden charges. it also protects the customer from an hourly rate if the job does not go as expected or takes longer than it should.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do not do estimates over the phone, we will come out assess the issue. and give you a proper estimate. once you've agreed to the price we will start and complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have 20 years collectively and experience. our technicians and staff annually do continuous training.
