Kelvin was exceptional from our first contact (within minutes of my request) to our departing handshake. He made sure to ask for all the details of the job and was appreciative for the opportunity. We had two very heavy couches (reclining pieces with heavy motors inside) to move from the store to our house 30 minutes away. He followed up the night before and then kept me up to date on his progress right up to entering my neighborhood. He and his partner, Kenneth, were friendly and professional. As heavy and large as these couches were, they were so careful carrying them from the truck, up our stairs and into the living room. 💪🏻 After pushing them around to where I decided to put them 🤔😵💫 they helped assemble the pieces that had to come off for transporting. Super efficient, professional and engaging (despite the workout in the heat and humidity they just experienced 🥵) we asked him what other work he does because it was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. 💯 Highly, highly recommend!! Thank you again, Kelvin and Kenneth! You guys were top notch!! 🎯
