- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flexible and lower than market prices with the same and higher quality of work. My work is 100% customer satisfaction, if your are not satisfied you don't pay and i stand by that 100%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet initially for consultation and pricing shortly after. If the pricing and schedule align I start work soon after.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in construction as far as i can remember, this was my first job. I have worked as adult in home improvement stores for over 15 years learning about all different types of products how they work and their prices and well as all of their accessory items. I have a good idea of what's needed to complete a project and how to complete it. I am also working diligently on getting my contractors license. Ive completed one prep class as I will continue to study until raise the money needed and take a cram session.
