FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type and scope of service. Consulting sessions begin at $125, while larger projects are quoted after the needs and expected deliverables are reviewed. North Carolina notarial fees follow state limits. Any permitted mileage reimbursement or additional trip-related costs are discussed and agreed to in writing before travel. Customers receive clear pricing information before committing to the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by learning what the customer needs, what is creating difficulty, and what a successful outcome would look like. For consulting services, I ask focused questions, review the available information, identify priorities, and recommend practical next steps. Any additional project work is clearly defined before moving forward. For mobile notary appointments, I confirm the location, requested time, number of signers, estimated number of notarizations, identification requirements, and any travel details before accepting the appointment. My goal is to make the process clear, organized, and dependable from beginning to end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a master’s degree and have more than 10 years of professional experience in finance, budgeting, operations, process improvement, planning, documentation, and administrative systems. I am also commissioned as a North Carolina Notary Public and continue to complete professional training that strengthens the financial, operational, and technology support I provide to clients.
