I treat every customers property like it was mine… I treat and respect their things like it is mine and make any repairs to reflect that or cleaning of exterior, sidewalks and driveway. I don’t like putting Band-Aids on things for temporary fixes unless it has to be done due to an issue… I’ve been taught from a young age from my mom and my dad that there’s two ways to do things… The right way, and again! Do things right the first time and go above and beyond for the customer because you would do it for yourself. I have pretty much two of every two that you would need to fix anything or build anything and I’m a master technician and diesel mechanics as well and I’m pretty good at picking up on anything mechanically or technical.

Owning a home is great, but the costs of maintaining it adds up quick. It seems like something breaks every month, but I cant afford to pay the high costs that big companies charge. For this reason, I posted on Nextdoor that I needed help with my dryer and John responded. He was very polite and personable. On his first visit, he diagnosed the problem, then ordered my parts. He came back, fixed my dryer, and now its working great! Best of all, his prices were so great that I have enough money left for him to fix my ice maker, which has been broken for 2 years. I was buying bags of ice to avoid paying the high price from a repair company. I am looking forward to his return and having plenty of ice this summer!! Dont hesitate to call John, youll be glad you did!!

I first used used John to soft clean my roof which kept my roof warranty valid. I also had John clean the gutters on a three story house. He showed up promptly and did a very thorough job including cleaning up afterwards. John is very professional and communicative. His work is top notch and his pricing very reasonable. I plan to use John again in the near future.
