- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's not complicated. It's materials and labor but every job is different depending on the complexity of the system, demands of the customer and many other variables. Our policy is....we give you a quote and adhere to it. You know exactly what you're going to pay before the first screw is turned..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Anytime we can we send you an exact quote, but in our line of work no 2 jobs are ever the same. In our business there are so many variables that go into a job that we normally get you in the ballpark with a price via a service like Thumbtack. We provide you with an idea and direct you to our website or facebook page and let our work speak for its self. We will then get more details from you about your needs an expectations and will give a quote at that time. On a larger project we normally come out and meet the customer in person for a 1 on 1 consultation and work up a quote from there. We provide you all of your options, pricing, examples of our work and provide you with references. Beware of companies and people with a one size fits all approach to this type of work. It's likely you are either paying to much or they don't know what they are doing. We welcome any customers that would prefer to come to us. We have a large showroom and conference room to meet clients on site. When you work with Connection Solutions you are working with professionals, not handymen trying to do AV work.

We keep all required certifications up to date and are constantly learning new products and methods.
