Excellent Service – Quick and Honest Repair! I had a sudden issue with my outdoor AC unit — the fan stopped spinning and was making a loud noise. After a bit of research, I suspected the capacitor was bad. I called Zion Heating and Cooling, and they came out the same day. The technician Cornelius was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. He quickly diagnosed the issue, confirmed it was the capacitor, and replaced it within 30 minutes. He even showed me the old part and let me watch the process (which I appreciated). The cost was exactly as quoted — no upsells, no surprises. Now the fan spins perfectly, and the AC is back to cooling like it should. Highly recommend Zion Heating and Cooling for honest, reliable, and affordable service!

Same day service, honors Choice Home Warranty Insurance which none of the others did, showed up same day which none of the others could, stayed until unit was working properly, spent considerable time sending requested diagnosis and discussing solutions and cost with insurance. Cornelius was very patient and professional, great tech and great company, good pricing, would use again!
