I hired Zion to come out and service my AC unit. He accepted the work. He saw what needed to be done. He said he would come back the next day because he didn’t have all his tools. 1st red flag 🚩. I called him the day before he was scheduled to come back and he confirmed he would be there. I waited for a confirmation work was completed and he never showed up. This was very unprofessional to just disappear and not even call after you confirmed you would do the work.
