Prompt and very professional. I had a secondary problem after the initial fix. It was unrelated to the first issue, but Cool Breeze did not charge a second visit fee. That is much appreciated by this family on a tight budget

I just purchased the townhome 4 months ago so the job was to service the HVAC equipment and give me quotes on future work needed.
