Mel is like a knight in shining armour! I had a computer issue that required immediate assistance and Mel was patient and diligent to help me out and get my system running again in no time... at a time when everyone else suggested a system reset and lose all data -- an oh, wait about 3-4 days to get the computer back in hand. I have to tell you, these 5-stsr ratings honestly aren't enough to represent the infinite number of stars Mel truly deserve! Mel is my go-to from now on...

I have been getting black screen for about 2-3 weeks and tried everything but wasn’t able to fix it. In a matter of 2 days, my pc was fully fixed and went back to normal. 10/10 would reach out to MCR if I have any future issues.
