- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing I work with each customer to find out there needs, wants and there budget to see how I can help them and we both leave happy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking to them on the phone to find out in more detail what work needs to be done. Setting up a date for me to come out and do the work. Once I arrive at there house and find the problem I show it to the customer and give them the options they have to fix the problem and let them decide how they would like the problem fixed. No high pressure sales here.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
9 years on the job training working with my dad. 3 years working by myself since my dad passed away.
