The technician was prompt (actually a little early but that was communicated in advance) and very efficient. He really new his stuff! He made sure that I knew the company is licensed and insured and went straight to work. The job was finished quickly and the space was cleaned afterwards. He even helped me with a separate small issue I had in my bathroom at no extra charge. I will definitely be using this company again!
