The man did excellent work for the circumstances he had to endure. My grandparents home is already starting to look completely different and livable. I would high suggest him for all aspects of home repair and landscaping. Im pretty certain I'll have him on retainer for all future work that needs to be done.

I needed an interior paint job done before the week was out. Everett made himself available to get the job done very quickly which is what I needed. He was professional and courteous and paid attention to detail. I would hire Everett again.

We hired Everett Kiser to restore an Oak Leaf pattern steel railing system with twisted pickets around two porches on our home. He ground off the loose paint and rust, primed everything with rust-inhibiting primer, and painted it with oil-based enamel. He did a beautiful job. Additionally he welded in a new 1"x1"x2' section of steel to replace an area that was rusted through. His attention to detail was excellent. I would hire him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price jobs AFTER I see the project in person and get a good estimate . I do not like pricing jobs unless I have seen them in person and got an idea of what it will take to get the job done. I charge by square foot on most projects. Hourly and flat rate are sometimes the better way to price .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce my family and self to new customers , because I want them to feel safe and secure about their most prized possessions .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two years of welding and painting/refinishing education. I have heavy equipment , tree trimming/felling, and safety training from years of experience .
