The power ended up being turned off before she arrived as we had just moved out. She made the best of the situation and did a great job considering she was in the dark and couldn’t use a vacuum.

Clear Choice came out and found that they could not repair my window since it affected the inner mechanisms within the window...told me I would have to replace the window plus the one next to it since they were in a set...now I am looking at replacing two windows!! Wasn't expecting that . They are to call back with a price on the complete replacement and I will decide what to do at that time. Will definitely get more estimates.
