Cynthia was quick to respond, both via the Thumbtack app, and once we exchanged phones numbers, by calls and texts. Constant updates, and a personal visit to the house for a more accurate estimate, were timely and very much appreciated. An invoice was sent to confirm the estimate. On the day of our appointment Cynthia and team showed up and went right to work. Let me be the first to tell you this was a ***monumental task***, was going to be fairly labor intensive, and take all day. The dedication of everyone in getting it done was impressive. It was miraculous to see, in stages, as the mountains of mess became the old house we all knew existed. I was so impressed, that I sent pictures to my family and friends and they couldn’t believe their eyes - the difference was indeed like night and day. Since the custom job was going to take place over lunch as well, I had pizzas and sodas delivered by Dominoes. It made for a nice, welcomed break. Once the job was complete, almost 7-1/2 hours later, Cynthia and team rolled up all of their cleaning supplies and tools and headed out, leaving nothing behind but a miracle. I thanked them all for a JOB WELL DONE, and went back inside to truly admire the finalized work. I can EASILY recommend Shouse Cleaning Service for all of your needs, BIG or small. Use them, you won’t be disappointed! Five star service all the way!!!

Cynthia and her team came to clean for me last week and did such a great job that I’m having her put me on a every other week schedule. I love that she cleans like I would if I had the time. My mirrors were spotless and they dusted/cleaned my blinds and all the furniture. They actually clean under all the items on my shelves instead of just cleaning around them like others do. My house looked and smelled so good and I was very happy with her service. I would highly recommend calling her if you need cleaning services. 😀

Cynthia and her team were great! All communication was prompt and thorough. She cleaned my house prior to move in and their was a significant amount of dust. After they were done it shined like a model home! Would highly recommend and will be having her back again soon.

I come and meet with them and look over what their needs are and give them the estimate for the job and if they choose me I set a day that meets there schedule

I've worked for cleaning company for around 10 years and I've been train on how chemical work and which ones to use and where to use them I also have great people skills
