Compared to the national-chain services that we used previously, which tended to use a rigid protocol for cleaning, Susan is very adaptable and willing to accommodate our needs. She is 100% reliable, and we trust her completely with our home. Susan is very thorough, and it is such a pleasure to walk into the house after she has cleaned - every room looks and smells so clean.
