Was able to come for my job on my home purchase at time I requested with only couple days notice. Installed 3 new deadbolts/3 new locks. Corrected one door that wasn't hanging straight and advised on issue on front door. Put double strike plates on that door lock to ensure it would latch until I replace door. Budgetarily I'm having to redo everything in this house but definitely will call him back for couple other locks.

Dennis is my new favorite locksmith. Just moved into a new home and he installed my smart lock with ease. Dennis knows a lot about these smart locks and he was also able to match the smart lock keys to the bottom lock on the front door. Then, he made copies of the keys for me, helped me with my biometrics and door cards while walking me thru the setup. I was amazed!! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
45.00 service fee, 20.00 a cylinder to rekey. double sided keyway locks is considered 2 cylinders. 2 keys included. 30 day warranty. 95.00 flat rate for all lockouts. dead bolt and door knob lockout is 125. all other work is based on work needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact customer to find out what they need or want done. I send an estimate. schedule the work and except payment once the work is completed.

certified locksmith and advanced locksmith certifications. Licensed by the state of North Carolina.
