- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on square footage, scope of work, and service frequency. We focus on clear, upfront pricing after a walkthrough so there are no surprises. For recurring commercial clients, we occasionally offer a complimentary initial deep clean as part of a service agreement. We don’t compete on being the cheapest — we focus on consistent, professional service done right.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a walkthrough of the space to understand expectations, frequency, and any priority areas. From there, we provide a clear scope of work and pricing. Once approved, we schedule service, assign consistent staff, and maintain open communication to ensure quality stays high over time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in commercial cleaning since high school and college, gaining hands-on experience in professional environments early on. That foundation taught me the importance of consistency, attention to detail, and accountability — all of which are core to how Summit Commercial Cleaning operates today.
