- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a deposit of 50% for the total amount to cover materials and add you to our schedule typically after 2 weeks from the time of deposit we'll install your fence, we'll do a walkthrough after job completion then will ask for the remaining 50%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call and a meeting to grab the measurements for the backyard or property then if the customer agrees with the price for the fence there is a Proposal/contract, We also help with HOA's paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After building several hundreds if not thousands of fences we developed skills to work or build any type of fence.
