Welcome to my page, I'm Joshua Lizama, owner of Zama Renovations. I'm the 3rd generation of carpenters in my family after my grandfather and dad. After 10 years as a carpenter, 7 of which were in Manhattan, I've decided to start my own handyman business here in the Charlotte North Carolina area. Joshua is a gem to work with, he does awesome work, arrives on time and when done he cleans up after himself. Josh has installed ceiling fans, put up shelves, mounted brackets for our TV’s made a mantel for our fireplace, spackle and painted our bedroom, we are very impressed with his work ethic and will definitely hire him again.
