Welcome to my page, I'm Joshua Lizama, owner of Zama Renovations. I'm the 3rd generation of carpenters in my family after my grandfather and dad. After 10 years as a carpenter, 7 of which were in Manhattan, I've decided to start my own handyman business here in the Charlotte North Carolina area. Joshua installed a fence for my sister and painted her home as well as my aunts home. I would say the one thing that sets him apart from other handyman that I've seen is he's EXTREMELY maticulous about his work. For each project I’ve seen him do he’s very clean, detail oriented and quite frankly a perfectionist. If I wasn’t renting my home, I’d hire him as well! However I did want to write a review to show my support and appreciation for his work. Wishing him much luck in moving his business to the Charlotte North Carolina area.

Joshua is a gem to work with, he does awesome work, arrives on time and when done he cleans up after himself. Josh has installed ceiling fans, put up shelves, mounted brackets for our TV’s made a mantel for our fireplace, spackle and painted our bedroom, we are very impressed with his work ethic and will definitely hire him again. His prices are reasonable. Very satisfied with his work. great 👍 👍👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
