- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the low overhead to maintain, my pricing is usually surprisingly low comparing with other electricians and companies that have a bigger budget to maintain.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client has contacted me and I come out to take a look at the job, I like to establish a bond with my client to ensure that we are on the same page and the work will be as expected if not exceed expectation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NEC code calculations and preparation courses, various continuing education courses concerning electricity, plc's, Motors and controls, and other various electrical devices. Hands-On training with vfds and other intricate controls.
