- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates always no matter where you are located in Eastern North Carolina. We base our estimates on materials needed and how long the job may take and labor cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free estimates to potential customers always. We speak with the customer about what they are needing and take measurements and explain how and what needs to be done to make their needs achieve able. We always try to include materials and labor in our estimates but sometimes getting an accurate estimate may take a day or so if a lot of materials are needed. We will need time to calculate materials needed.

I have been working in the Masonry Construction field for 21 years.
