Caesar was out of stock on condensation pump went to Lowe's and then he even went to home Depot for a better cheaper model saving me $50. Was punctual and put in clean out for the condensation to an extra step he didn't charge for and that I didn't ask for! He is a very likable good family type person with exceptional service!
