I had an issue with my refrigerator. Even though he was out of town, Rick was immediately responsive and help me solve the problem without even having to come out to look at it. Was very much appreciated, and would recommend him for any appliance repair.

This is the guy you want to hire. As someone apprehensive about tackling homeowner projects, it can be difficult to find a trustworthy handyman. Rick cares about the job and the interaction - he's patient, kind, and thorough. He completed a challenging installation, providing innovative suggestions for how to correct design flaws in the shelving I'd ordered. Big props for bringing a protective drop and wearing shoes that are easy to take off indoors - these are details often missed, but much appreciated. I'd definitely hire him again, and recommend his work to others.
