I needed all my tubs and showers refinished prior to putting my house on the market and they did not disappoint. The pricing was fair, and I like that they provided care instructions for after the work was complete. Hector was very nice and quick to get to work to ensure the project got done. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of working with He&Vo Refinishing for a much-needed showerrepair, and I am beyond satisfied with their service.
From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team at He&Vo Refinishing was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand the issues I was facing with my shower, providing a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and offering a transparent and fair quote.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always transparent and fair, based on the scope and complexity of each project. We provide free estimates and detailed breakdowns so our clients know exactly what to expect. We occasionally offer discounts for larger jobs, returning clients, or referrals. There are no hidden fees—what we agree on is what you’ll pay.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your needs and expectations. Then, we request photos of the area or, if necessary, schedule a visit to assess the project and provide a detailed estimate. Once approved, we confirm a start date and keep you informed throughout the entire process. Our goal is to make everything clear, smooth, and stress-free.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our knowledge comes from years of hands-on experience in the field. We've learned by working on real projects every day, solving all kinds of challenges. We’re always looking to improve our techniques and stay up to date with the best materials, tools, and methods to ensure durable, high-quality finishes.
