Steve reorganized our technical services organization into a more collaborative team. He advised us on the purchase of software that provided a better support experience for our clients and and led the implementation of the software as well as the integration into our existing systems.
He mentored our technical staff on time management, teamwork skills and provided them with additional training opportunities.
