Dennis Edwards

I'll start with my name, Dennis Edwards. I have been doing HVAC, electrical, and mechanical service for 16 years now. My motto has always been to try and fix things before just flat out replacing them. Most larger companies these days are trying to lock people into contracts or something similar that becomes return trips to get more revenue down the road. I know about this because I have been at those companies. Most companies are all following a very similar business model at this point. Every time you call the company, a different tech shows up at the door. I have also seen how this is wrecking the relationship between the company and the customer. This sort of business model does not work for me. I always do the best I can to make sure everyone wins in the end. I think it is important to have trust between the tech and the client. I plan to do things the way they were originally done.
