Actually, I would add value and punctuality to the kudos for this company and Josué, the owner and main worker. Josue is a real professional, taking pride in his work, which is top notch. He and his crew are pleasant to have on the property, and I would trust him to do an excellent job at a good price, as he did on my 500 square foot deck. He uses only good quality lumber and materials. His manner is very calm and positive, and he will give good advice if you ask. His communication before and during the job was excellent. I have owned my home in Cary for 17 years and can say my experience with Josué was the best I have ever had with a contractor. I recommend him highly and without reservation.

The guys were very professional, communicated all the steps they were doing, and were very accommodating to my needs with the "refacing" of the deck and the replacement of two sets of deck stairs. Very professional!

If you're considering deck repairs or replacement, I hope you find this review helpful. I have nothing but positive things to say about Josue at Top Choice Renovations and the exceptional work he did to replace my entire deck. Josue's communication was excellent; he was always punctual and took the time to explain the job and important construction practices to ensure a uniform and long-lasting deck.
Over the course of a few days, I observed Josue's methodical and careful approach, his great attention to detail, and the pride he took in his work—qualities that are rare these days. When I asked if he owned the company, he confirmed that he does. Josue believes his work ethic and craftsmanship reflect on him personally, and he performs every job to the highest standard. This was truly refreshing.
