Josue's communication was excellent; he was always punctual and took the time to explain the job and important construction practices to ensure a uniform and long-lasting deck. Over the course of a few days, I observed Josue's methodical and careful approach, his great attention to detail, and the pride he took in his work—qualities that are rare these days.
