Josue's communication was excellent; he was always punctual and took the time to explain the job and important construction practices to ensure a uniform and long-lasting deck. Over the course of a few days, I observed Josue's methodical and careful approach, his great attention to detail, and the pride he took in his work—qualities that are rare these days. When I asked if he owned the company, he confirmed that he does. Josue believes his work ethic and craftsmanship reflect on him personally, and he performs every job to the highest standard.
