- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest, but we believe in delivering lasting results and 5-star service. Our pricing reflects quality workmanship, licensed expertise, and proper repairs done the right way. We focus on fixing electrical problems so they don’t come back, saving customers money and stress in the long run.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we listen to the customer’s concerns and gather details about the issue. Then we schedule an onsite visit to properly evaluate the scope of work. Once onsite, we explain the problem, outline the best solution, and provide clear pricing before any work begins. After approval, we complete the job efficiently and make sure the customer is fully satisfied before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of hands-on electrical experience, including formal on-the-job training, continued learning throughout my career, and holding an active electrical license. My background includes residential electrical work, troubleshooting, repairs, upgrades, and new construction.
