This company works efficiently AND accurately, first time!!!
Prep to protect the house inside from dust; staff friendly and respectful.
Answered lots of questions because they like what they are doing, take pride in doing the total job right the first time.
Punctual and big proactive commucators.
Use good battery powered tools that save me electrical costs.
They corrected past errors in the same space, AND found in time that the water lines were failing, and fully repaired the issue in just hours.
End of each day cleaned up, left their tools in an orderly way in the house for next day.
Replaced an interior door that was in a too crowded space with a wonderful bi-fold barn door. SO nice to walk out of the room and not wrestle with doors.
Did efficient removal of old, did great job installing new: shower, vanity, mirror, lights, accessories, wonderful flooring, new nicer paint color.
SMILING soooo much. VERY obvious quality of work vs previous co.

Site Visit: Schedule a site visit to assess the current condition and scope. 2.Planning and Proposal Assessment: Conduct a thorough site assessment and take necessary measurements. Budget Discussion: Talk about budget constraints and priorities. Proposal Preparation: Prepare a detailed proposal including scope of work, timeline, and cost estimates. 3.Agreement Review Estimate: Go over the estimate with the customer and make adjustments as needed. Sign Contract: Finalize the agreement and sign a contract outlining all terms. 4.Design/Products Design/Plans: Create and finalize design/plans with customer input. 5.Pre-Construction/project Scheduling: Develop a project schedule. Materials: Order/purchase materials and arrange for delivery/pickup. Pre-Construction Meeting: Discuss the project plan, schedule, and logistics with the customer. 6.Construction Preparation: Prepare the area for remodeling/painting (e.g., covering furniture, setting up barriers, plastic off areas). What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the field working with pro painters and mentored by some of the best in carpentry and other trades. Being able to complete projects start to finish maintaining a high standard. I went to college for business and I really take pride in doing things right.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I was 16 in Upstate NY, I had family in the construction business. Started painting, then went further working and managing different projects on my own, including remodels, flooring, fences, decks, bathroom remodels, and so on, all to a high standard.
