It was a great experience from start to finish. To begin he had me send him pictures and tell him a little about what I was seeing to try and troubleshoot for me. Once he determined, very quickly and even sent me a YouTube video of what the issue was, that he needed to come we set a time. He contacted me prior to coming to confirm and let me know when he was on the way. We opted to just install a new opener so we made a plan for him to come back once it arrived. The work was done in the timeframe he quoted me and he walked me through everything he did so I was clear on what took place. On top of all of that, his price was a fraction of what the first company quoted me. I recommend Raleigh Garage Works to anyone who needs garage door repairs or replacements!

I hired Ryan to replace my Garage Door. He not only recommended the best door and opener but was also able to provide some insight as to an approx. age of my current ones. The genie opener is amazing and quiet (Highly Recommend). I will definitely be going with Ryan and his company going forward as well as recommending to others in the area.

Ryan was quick to respond to our inquiry and was at our house 2 hours after he messaged us! He did great work replacing or broken torsion spring and made sure everything was in perfect running order before he left. He also lubricated our other garage door and gave us garage door maintenance advice for free! Highly recommend!
